Beatrice Tolayer, owner of BRT Interior Design, was feeling disappointed and discouraged when she reached out to RDW Design Studio due to a referral from her business coach, Nancy Ganzekaufer.
She had hired an expensive marketing agency to design her website and it was recently launched. The problem was that Beatrice hated her new website. She said it felt cold and it didn’t feel like her. And, she was right – it wasn’t aligned with her, her brand or her specialty. Additionally, it wasn’t user friendly.
After discussing options with Beatrice, we determined the best way to proceed was a completely new website, messaging and brand design.
The RDW Design Studio team met with Beatrice for a strategy call to discuss her brand foundations. We went in depth to discover her ideal client, her unique selling point and how she wanted visitors to her website to feel when they interacted with it. We came up with a website architecture that made sense so the site would be user friendly.
In addition to creating a new website with a seamless user experience that clearly outlines how Beatrice can support her clients, we designed a new visual brand (primary logo, secondary logo, typography and color palette) and brand messaging that would resonate with the clients with whom Beatrice wants to work.
Beatrice now has a website and brand design that truly represents her! Beatrice’s website is written and designed to attract her ideal client, showcase her various services, feature her beautiful design work and guide the visitor to contact her. Most importantly, it focuses on her unique niche of sensory design, something that was almost completely ignored on her old website.
Her new website and brand design convey feelings of innovation, creativity, reassurance, comfort and fun all while positioning Beatrice as a trustworthy expert in her field.
